Are there any gluten-free recipes that use chickpeas?

Unlike the other chickpea recipes listed here, these falafels use RAW chickpeas. As long as they are soaked, they do NOT cook. The soaked chickpeas are then ground with other spices and fried. These gluten-free falaels are a labor of love, but with a truly delicious result.
